Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Stellaris, including stellaris.is, app.stellaris.is, account features, subscriptions, software, dashboards, automation tools, analytics, support, communications, and related services.

By accessing or using Stellaris, creating an account, signing in through a third-party provider, starting a subscription, completing a purchase, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Stellaris.

You may use Stellaris only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction, are at least the age of majority or minimum legal age required for trading-related services, and are not barred from using the services under applicable law, sanctions, platform rules, or payment provider rules.

You are solely responsible for determining whether Stellaris is suitable and lawful for your circumstances, including any financial, regulatory, tax, reporting, licensing, or professional obligations that may apply to you.

Account registration, login, subscription management, purchases, and product workflows are handled through app.stellaris.is. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, and protect your devices, passwords, third-party login accounts, authentication tokens, wallets, API keys, and connected services.

Stellaris supports Google, Apple, Facebook, and Supabase-supported authentication. You authorize us and our authentication providers to process login information as needed to create, secure, maintain, and administer your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Stellaris provides software tools, automation features, analytics, AI-assisted functionality, dashboards, and related informational resources for users who choose to manage their own trading strategies and digital workflows.

Features may vary by plan, jurisdiction, technical environment, connected provider, account status, availability, or compliance requirements. We may improve, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, vendor requirements, product development, or business reasons.

Stellaris does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, brokerage services, exchange services, custody services, fiduciary services, portfolio management, asset recommendations, or personalized investment recommendations.

Information, signals, analytics, automation outputs, AI-generated responses, educational content, dashboards, and performance materials are provided for general informational and software-use purposes only. You are solely responsible for all decisions to buy, sell, stake, hold, exchange, transfer, configure, automate, or otherwise interact with any asset, market, account, broker, exchange, wallet, or third-party service.

Trading, crypto assets, forex, derivatives, automated strategies, decentralized finance, and digital asset markets involve substantial risk. Values can change rapidly, liquidity can disappear, systems can fail, transactions may be irreversible, and you may lose some or all funds involved.

Past performance, simulated performance, backtests, projections, examples, screenshots, rewards, yield references, model outputs, or analytics do not guarantee future results. You should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

Paid plans, subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, usage-based services, one-time purchases, and billing features may be offered through app.stellaris.is. Prices, taxes, available plans, billing periods, features, and payment methods may change from time to time, subject to applicable law and any stated notice requirements.

Payments are processed by PayPal and crypto payment providers. Stellaris does not store full payment card details, payment account credentials, private keys, seed phrases, or full payment instrument information. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, fees, compliance checks, refund handling, chargeback rules, transaction limitations, and privacy practices.

Unless a separate refund policy, checkout notice, mandatory consumer law, or written agreement provides otherwise, fees are generally charged for the selected service period and may be non-refundable once access, digital functionality, or subscription services are provided.

You can cancel or manage subscriptions through the available account or payment provider controls. Cancellation may stop future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for prior periods, used services, payment provider fees, network fees, gas fees, exchange fees, or crypto transactions unless required by law or expressly stated by Stellaris.

You agree to use Stellaris responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms, platform provider rules, payment provider rules, applicable market rules, and any instructions we provide for security, support, or product operation.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe activity violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, harms the platform or other users, violates third-party provider requirements, or exposes Stellaris to operational, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

Stellaris may rely on or connect to third-party services, including Vercel, Supabase, Google Analytics, Google, Apple, Facebook, PayPal, crypto payment providers, Resend, Zoho, exchanges, wallets, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and other vendors or integrations.

Third-party services are not controlled by Stellaris. Their terms, privacy policies, availability, fees, limits, data handling, outages, and decisions may affect your use of Stellaris. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with third-party terms that apply to you.

If you access Stellaris through Google, Apple, Facebook, Meta, or any related platform login or developer ecosystem, you also agree to comply with the applicable provider terms, developer policies, user data policies, brand rules, and account rules.

Stellaris is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Meta unless expressly stated. These providers are not responsible for Stellaris, our services, our content, subscriptions, support, or claims relating to the services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and delete personal information, including information from authentication providers, analytics, cookies, support tools, payment processors, and infrastructure providers.

You can delete your account at any time from app.stellaris.is/settings. For privacy questions, data requests, or platform-related data deletion support, contact privacy@stellaris.is.

Stellaris and its software, interfaces, designs, names, logos, trademarks, content, workflows, documentation, models, analytics, visuals, and technology are owned by Stellaris or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Subject to these Terms and your active account status, Stellaris grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the services for your own lawful purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

You may provide settings, prompts, messages, support content, account information, configuration data, uploaded materials, feedback, suggestions, or other content. You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide that content and that it does not violate law, these Terms, or third-party rights.

You grant Stellaris a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and use user content as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the services. If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available operation. Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, provider failures, market events, network congestion, blockchain issues, exchange issues, payment provider issues, attacks, legal requirements, or events beyond our control.

Beta, preview, AI-assisted, experimental, or early access features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unstable, or changed without notice. You use those features at your own risk and should not rely on them as the sole basis for financial, legal, tax, security, or operational decisions.

You may stop using Stellaris at any time and may delete your account from app.stellaris.is/settings. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay amounts due, violated law or third-party rules, or used the services in a harmful or abusive way.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately. Certain provisions, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, intellectual property, dispute terms, compliance obligations, and any terms intended to survive, will survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellaris is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, or suitability for trading outcomes.

We do not warrant that the services, analytics, automation, AI outputs, integrations, data, content, or third-party services will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, compliant with your obligations, profitable, or free from errors, delays, data loss, unauthorized access, or harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellaris and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost business; lost data; lost goodwill; trading losses; market losses; tax consequences; or payment, blockchain, wallet, exchange, broker, or provider losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Stellaris for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or 100 USD if you paid no amount, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stellaris and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, your connected accounts, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights or third-party provider terms.

You agree to comply with all laws and rules that apply to your use of Stellaris, including tax, financial, securities, commodities, consumer protection, data protection, export control, sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, anti-fraud, advertising, and platform rules where applicable.

You may not use Stellaris if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, organized under the laws of, or acting on behalf of a jurisdiction, person, or entity subject to restrictions that prohibit your use of the services. We may restrict access based on legal, compliance, security, provider, or risk considerations.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact legal@stellaris.is and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Include your account email, a clear description of the issue, and the relief you are requesting.

These Terms will be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights, data protection rights, and local legal protections that cannot be waived will continue to apply where required.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, vendors, laws, payment methods, security practices, platform requirements, or business operations. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

If changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, application, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Stellaris after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
