Account deletion

This Privacy Policy explains how Stellaris collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares personal information in connection with stellaris.is, app.stellaris.is, and related services, communications, support channels, and commercial workflows.
The public website at stellaris.is provides product information, educational content, support entry points, and public-facing materials. Account registration, login, purchasing, subscription management, application functionality, and account settings are handled on app.stellaris.is.

Stellaris supports login and registration through Google, Apple, and Facebook, with Supabase acting as part of the authentication and account infrastructure. If you use a third-party login provider, that provider may share information such as your email address, name, profile identifier, and authentication status with us so we can create or maintain your account.
Your use of Google, Apple, or Facebook login is also governed by the privacy policy and account settings of the selected provider. You can manage connected accounts through those providers and through the Stellaris application settings where available.
5. Payments and billing
Purchases, subscriptions, and payment flows are processed through PayPal and crypto payment providers. Stellaris does not store full card numbers, payment account credentials, private keys, seed phrases, or full payment instrument details.
We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, subscription plan, amount, currency, billing timing, fraud or risk signals, and invoice metadata, so that we can provide access, reconcile payments, support billing issues, process refunds, and maintain accurate commercial records.
8. Security and infrastructure
Stellaris uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These controls may include access limitations, secure authentication, encrypted transport, infrastructure monitoring, database controls, logging, provider security features, and operational review.
No internet service, hosting provider, database, authentication system, or payment flow can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, third-party login accounts, devices, and any connected services you control.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, and preserve business records.
You may delete your account at any time from app.stellaris.is/settings. When deletion is completed, your account disappears from the active database and personal information associated with the account is deleted from active systems, except where limited retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, security, backup, or compliance purposes.
10. International processing
Stellaris, its infrastructure providers, analytics providers, payment processors, authentication providers, and support tools may process information in countries other than where you live. Data protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical measures with service providers and partners.
11. Children and age restrictions
Stellaris is not intended for children and is not directed to individuals who are below the minimum age required to use financial, trading, or subscription services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
